Accommodation
Whether you crave luxury or wish to live among locals, we will find the best accommodations within every price range. We go to great lengths to find hotels that not only provide the outstanding service but also offer great views of the surrounding areas. We pick only those hotels that have ratings of 4-star and above on popular review sites like TripAdvisor. Even then, if you are not happy with your hotel on arrival, we will make alternate arrangements suited to your comfort and taste.
Every luxury hotel in our portfolio is unique. Some are small properties while others are part of hotel chains. Set in beautiful surroundings, every hotel incorporates features of traditional Bhutanese architecture and offer international-standard facilities combined with world-class service.

Hands-on Experience
We believe that an ideal travel experience is a combination of great outdoor adventures and cultural engagement. Most of our guests look forward to a great new experience where they can take home something other than souvenirs. We have lined up a host of activities for our guests where they not only learn something new but also have great fun in the process.
We organize a special session where all our guests can try our traditional clothes. The traditional Bhutanese national dress is an integral part of our daily lives. Although no longer compulsory, Bhutanese people still prefer to wear their traditional dress for work. Bhutanese citizens are required to follow the traditional dress-code while visiting any government offices and Dzongs. Visitors are always looking for the opportunity to try these handcrafted, colourful dresses and we want our guests to take this special memory with them.
Archery is the national sport of Bhutan and no trip to the country is complete without getting familiar with bow and arrows. Most of our guests are surprised how Bhutanese archers manage to hit the absurdly distant targets with practised ease. We give our guests a chance to try their hand at archery with our team. We can also arrange for special archery lessons with experts and organise practice sessions in stadiums upon request.
A visit to the handmade paper factory is part of all our itineraries. Jungshi Handmade Paper Factory is one of the few places trying to preserve the ancient, nearly forgotten Bhutanese craft of traditional paper making. This handmade stationery is still used in all government departments of Bhutan for official paperwork. You get a complete demonstration of the traditional process of paper-making and, later, you can browse through some colourful paper products at their gallery.
Thanka is a Tibetan Buddhist painting depicting a deity or scenes from the life of Buddha. An integral part of Buddhism, Thanka is used as a religious relic as well as a tool for teaching. The ancient art of Thanka painting is dying and Bhutan is trying hard to preserve this cultural relic. Several institutes and workshops impart lessons to those who are interested in learning to paint and preserve Thankas. We organise a special trip for our guests where they can observe the whole process of the painting, manufacturing of dyes and colours and final finished product. We also arrange special painting lessons upon request.
